I don’t think I’m alone when I say this summer has definitely been the most memorable one to date. Not only have we been able to celebrate England getting to the semi-finals in football, we’ve also seen the whitest of people discovering there is hope of a tan. I know this, because I am one of those people who have spent day on day lying in a bikini from where better than Primark, which of course is only tied up loosely. Curse you short arms! In hopes that my white, ghostly skin will miraculously turn somewhat of a golden shade. Being outside a lot more these past weeks has meant I’ve finally been given the chance to lean far back into the carven of darkness, otherwise known as my makeup collection, dig out the summer palette collection and (attempt) to create some cheerful looks!  My go to looks for this season usually consist of golds, reds and beiges. However, sometimes I do like to push myself out of my comfort zone and dip into those brightly infused colours! I’m aware we all like to have a unique style that fits our personalities, which no-one should ever question or change. Despite this, I still wanted to share a blog post featuring my top summer palettes incase you were struggling with finding that one miracle worker for you! Grab a beverage of your choice, turn that fan onto blasting and enjoy!
If you’re looking for a palette that contains warm matte colours, enriched with high pigmentation that blends together effortlessly. Then this one is for you! Created by BarryM, you know the overall result is going to be eye blinding! Not blinding your own eyes though, that wouldn’t be so good. Let’s just say eye catching instead, that may keep me safe from being sued by them. Oops! 🙂 The colours that I found to be the easiest to work with was the red, yellow and white. Which if you spent some time in front of you mirror, with plenty of wet wipes this would be a look already put together for you! The red as a crease shade, whilst the yellow settles on the lid and that white can be a highlighter for the tear duct or just under the brow! Hey presto you’re ready for the world, or in my case ready for your bed! It’ll be forever grateful for your efforts.

Barry M – Fall In Love Palette The next palette is one you’re probably familiar with if you have been on my blog for a little while. A few months ago, I featured the Pop Feel palette in a post and ever since I have not lost any amount of love for the beautiful colours it has to offer! Ranging from Shimmers that contain so much pigment all the way to a few mattes. It’s affordable, compact and contains similar colours to a naked Palette! So, if you’re one of those people who just cannot afford to spend £30 on the branded palette then this one is perfect for you.

What palettes have you been using this Summer? Let me know down below as I’m always eager to try new ones out! What’s your thoughts on the ones I’ve shown today, are they too vibrant, or just right? I’d love to know. I hope you all enjoy the rest of the lovely weather, and I will see you all in my next post! Until next time lovelies. xo
